  • Are your bins really free?

    Yes. Every Divert customer will receive free bins. We’ll also deliver them for free with no hire charges, no deposit and free swaps if you need to change.

    We supply 240L – 1,100L wheelie bins, as well as specialist containers where required.

    The majority of national operators charge hire fees of £ 5 – £ 15 per month. We believe that customers should only pay for their collections.

  • How quickly can collections start?

    Usually very quickly. When you enquire about our services, we aim to send you a quote within an hour. Collections can usually begin within a few days of an agreement.

    If you have urgent requirements due to failed council collection or a carrier letting you down, we will do our best to accommodate your request and speed up the process.

  • Is Divert a licensed waste carrier?

    Yes. We’re registered with the Environment Agency (EA) as a licensed waste carrier (registration CBDU390673). This can be verified on the EA’s public register.

    Every collection we carry out comes with a Waste Transfer Note for your records. We ensure all waste is diverted to licensed facilities for recycling or energy recovery.
