As General Manager at Divert, I oversee daily operations, ensuring our fleet of purple bin trucks collects waste in a timely, reliable manner. I also manage our customer service and logistics departments as we strive to maintain our flawless five-star customer satisfaction rate.

Having entered the Waste industry in a finance role eight years ago, I quickly progressed into the Operations field, obtaining my Transport Manager CPC qualification, reflecting my commitment to personal growth, as well as organisational growth.
